Recruiters, accessing the CareersOnWeb database will be able to view your resume and the details concerning your qualifications and professional experience, but you will no longer be accessed as i.e. Mr or Ms X since the information above will be hidden. Recruiters will use your "Identification Code" to contact you via the CareersOnWeb internal messaging system.
